This time, we’re taking a different approach…
After decades spent in public service, Drew and Michael decided it was time for change. They partnered after realizing their common passion for community service, both understanding what clearly what was lacking in private patrol operations.
One of our best practices is to partner with local law enforcement agencies first, which provides a better level of security. We believe being a bridge between law enforcement and communities strengthens all ties and connections we have to one another.
With the support of our local law enforcement agencies, we are able to hire, train and supply the most passionate community members to safeguard our neighborhoods.
Safety and security don’t just happen, they are the result of collective consensus and public investment.

How does The Rapid Way work?
Rapid International provides community members with the equipment and skills needed to better enforce their neighborhoods’ regulations, community guidelines and governing laws. With on-going training, provided vehicles, uniforms and equipment, community members have a strategic advantage in mitigating unwanted activity within their community. On-going communication with local law enforcement strengthens relationships between communities and law enforcement.

The Rapid Group Patch: Its Symbolism and Meaning
Symbolism:
Three Lightning Rods: The original Partners. 3 friends and co-workers in the Emergency Services industry who had a passion for serving their communities. Michael Silva, Andrew Calderon and a third partner who ultimately decided to remain in the Fire Service to serve his community, but who’s passion remains a high influence in our everyday operations.
Mountain Range: The founders were all born and raised in the foothill community in which they all had the opportunity to serve as public employees. The foothills are a symbol of our beginnings. When we see this, we are humbly reminded of where we started and why we do what we do.
